Q: Where will the conference be held?
A: Each fall and spring semester Christian students from all around the Southeast gather together at a camp or conference center. We usually try to hold the conference somewhere central to the Southeast to make the conference available to as many students as possible.
Q: What will I do at the conference?
A: The conference is designed to bring college students into a deeper vision of God's purpose (Acts 26:19) and help them to pursue Christ in their daily life (2 Tim. 2:22). Each day we will practice to spend time with the Lord first thing in the morning, we will praise and worship the Lord Jesus through singing, and we will be under the hearing of faith by listening to several spoken messages from God’s word. In addition, there will be many opportunities to meet other Christian students from around the Southeast through small group breakout sessions, outdoor recreation, and other activities!
The recreation time will include team sports, outdoor activities, arrow tag, rope's course, and a designated study area for those who need it.
Q: Who can attend?
A: This conference is for you if you are a graduating high school senior (17+), a college student or college-age, or a serving one coming to care for students.
Q: I have tons of homework! Will there be an opportunity for me to study while at the conference?
A: Yes! There are opportunities available for you to study. In particular, Saturday afternoon there is a 3 hour break for rest, study, and recreation. WiFi is often available, depending on the venue.
Q: Where will we stay during the conference?
A: All conference attendees will stay at the camp in dorms or cabins. It is recommended to bring a sleeping bag and pillow since most facilities provide mattresses and not bedding.
Q: How can I register for the conference?
A: By filling out the registration form on the homepage.
Q: What should I do if it’s past the deadline and I want to come?
A: Contact your club staff. In most cases your name can be put on a waiting list and selected when another registrant cancels.
Q: I’m not able to attend the entire weekend. Can I come part-time?
A: We do not accept part-time registration at this time. All attendees must register full-time.
Q: What does the registration fee for the conference cover?
A: In addition to the obvious expenses like lodging and food, the registration fee also covers all printed material like your schedule and conference outlines, the cost of the conference venue, the use of recreational facilities, other special activities, etc.
Q: I am no longer able to attend the conference. Can I get a refund?
A: Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration. As long as you are cancelling before the registration deadline, we are happy to give you a refund, less a $10 processing fee. However, after the registration deadline we are bound by contractual obligations to the camp and unable to issue refunds.
Q: Can the conference accommodate my dietary restrictions?
A: Every effort is made to accommodate dietary restrictions; however, there is no guarantee that we can accommodate everyone. If you have any specific concerns, please reach out to your club staff member.
